In-home care for those facing serious illness
At Aberdeen, we consider it an honor to care for those facing serious and potentially life limiting illness and recognize that this is a difficult, yet sacred time.
Our caregivers and clinical management team have extensive experience in Palliative / Hospice and end of life care. It takes special people to do this work well. We understand the pain and stress that a life limiting diagnosis causes for all involved.
You can be confident that we will meet the changing and delicate care needs of your loved one during this challenging time with the utmost respect.
We work closely with the Hospice or Visiting Nurse organization of your choice, toward the common goals of preserving quality of life, management of symptoms and meeting the complex needs of the client and their family.

MEET SOME OF OUR HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE SPECIALISTS
Aberdeen’s home care staff are rigorously screened, skilled and committed to the delivery of quality care. Our hospice and palliative care specialists are certified, licensed and experienced professionals.
BUT DON’T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT..
It is difficult to find the right words to convey our deep gratitude for the comfort your team provided our parents. Each caregiver possessed ability, human caring and empathy in everything they did.
You have far exceeded my expectations – and I have the bar set high! Communication among the staff and with the family has been excellent. You have done an excellent job in matching the caregivers to our specific needs.
We are so thankful that companies such as Aberdeen exist. With my parents’ complicated medical issues and physical limitations, we were not able to fulfill their end of life wishes on our own.
