Joanne MacInnis, RN

President

Joanne MacInnis RN, has 30 years of nursing experience. Having a ten year foundation of acute hospital inpatient nursing care, Joanne brought those skills to the field of Home Health in 1996. As a Visiting Nurse, Hospice Nurse, manager and administrator, Joanne has expert knowledge and skills to offer her clients and to mentor and train her staff.

Joanne has a passion to bring the highest possible quality  home care to her Clients. Her concern is not only about the Client’s welfare while her staff are providing care, but for the Client’s overall safety and wellbeing 24 hours a day.

Establishing home safety, emergency planning and being prepared for the unexpected, is the hallmark of her practice.

Marty Jacobus, RN BSN

Clinical Manager

Marty brings a wealth of life experience, as well as her 28 years as a Nurse, to her role at Aberdeen. Marty began her Nursing career at Salem Hospital and then moved on to home care – where she found her niche and has happily remained.

Marty has worked in almost every aspect of home care, including as a field Nurse for Visiting Nurses and Hospice, as well as in Private Duty, growing into roles in training, education, and management. Marty is a powerful and well informed patient advocate, with a specialty for supporting Clients with numerous and complex diagnoses, and those struggling with cognitive issues and memory impairment. She is a skilled and effective Case Manager for our Clients needing that level of support.

In her other life, Marty is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, hiking, gardening, writing, and traveling. She is a Master Level practitioner of several healing modalities including Reiki and Flower Essences.

Marty represents Aberdeen Home Care at the Port City BNI in Newburyport, MA.

Nicole Geddes, LPN

Clinical Supervisor 

Nicole has been a nurse for over 17 years. She is a native of the North Shore and has worked in the field of Private Home Care, Wound Care, Hospice, and Rehab.

Nicole is a Clinical Supervisor at Aberdeen, making Skilled Nursing home visits to our Clients for wellness checks, or in response to a change of health status. She brings excellent clinical skills, many years of experience, and a delightful sense of humor with her to each visit.

Nicole is delighted to work for an agency that is devoted to maintaining and supporting the maximum quality of life for each Client we care for. She is proud to work with such an accomplished group of caring and skilled professionals.

Mary Battistelli, BS SHRM-SCP

Director of Human Resources

Mary is a Salem State University Alumni, and in 2016 elevated her HR expertise when she earned her SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) status.

A native of Melrose, she has made her home in Beverly for over 30 years, where she with her husband David have raised their children, who still live and work locally. Mary often volunteers in her community.

Mary joined the Aberdeen Team in January 2016. Mary’s passion and career has centered around home care for more than 20 years.

Annalise Botticelli

Human Resource Coordinator 

Annalise has a passion for elder care, stemming from her own experience caring for her beloved grandmother. Through this experience, she became aware of the powerful impact that the “right caregiver” can have on an elder.

Annalise brings a fresh set of eyes to Aberdeen Home Care. She has an innate ability to listen carefully, and is a born problem solver. She is dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging environment for our workforce. 

A native of Boston, Annalise is now raising her family on the North Shore.
